Why Ventra exists
The AI space is overflowing with talented engineers building genuinely useful products. But building something great and getting it into the hands of paying customers are two completely different skill sets. Most AI founders know this, but hiring a full go-to-market team before you have revenue is a bet few can afford.
Ventra was created to fill that gap. We're a venture operator based in Stockholm that embeds directly with AI startups to handle everything outside the code: customer acquisition, investor relations, cloud infrastructure, brand, and operations.
